Katz - Gupta state on small property

Manage a property at 168 Zastron Steet, Jorihan woonstelle.In the last few years the property has been run down to the ground..by Edric trust under Ellenberger & Katz. The previous caretaker who was named the 'honarium' or such to - hide the fact that he had an alternative work at Mediclinic(and was paid a salary by either Edric Trust or Ellenberger & Katz- Mara was in charge) did unnesseccary alternations to the property as a whole and was paid a salary also after he left the property. (see GUPTA stories). The normal paving was altered, a cement plaster was placed on a beautiful parking wall, the inner court that was available to everyone was cordoned off and the few flats 'on the caretaker's side' on the ground floor into the inner court had their 'own' space made as part of the inner garden side that was meant for all owners or tennants. The beautiful garden has gone to hell and the plants on the west side of the building is not watered despite water streaming out from the apartments water meters in the pavement uner the Iron covers. The new caretaker said that the lawnmower 'broke' so the inner lawn can't be cut. Blue paint was thrown over the 3 statue features in the inner court. The previous 'Honarium' was cled by myself to explain that there is a problem with the hot water some time ago..to save trouble.. upon when I went there I found a plummer already having changed a thermostat on one geyser..I asked him to check mine and he told me that it 'could be something else' despite me calling the 'honarium' who said that he was busy and I should not call him again an also insulted me. The fact is that Katz is running this bussiness with his cohorts and he refuses to see me. see GUPTA There is much more to say as the 'honarium' asked friendly tennants to lie and say that one owners tennants were *****ing out of vehicles in order to justify getting rid of the tennant. Katz refused to talk to me and referred me to ms/mrs Mara. The whole property is in such a state whereas it was in an excellent state 8 years ago, that a unit is impossible to sell at a good rate.
