Horrible service

<p>The service (or rather non-service) provided by Ellenberger & Kahts is disturbing. They do not return phone calls, reply on emails and when you talk with them face to face they make empty promises just to get rid of you. Never shall I rent with them again. It extends to the point where you feel disrespected and disregarded as a human being. </p>
