Deposit refund: Marcel hof flats in Bloemfontein

I've experienced bad, unprofessional service since day one when enquiring about my refund, Sarie keeps on saying al get it tomorrow, tomorrow nextweek, next week tomorrow then when i call to follow up the receptionist lady gives me attitude, Hanly is even worse cause she just laughs at me and tell me to call back later, later when i call she tells me Sarie is busy. I have been phoning them for 5 weeks now and they have the guts to say payment was done it will reflect tomorrow
