Shocking workmanship and treatment from ElleBlueRose Root 44

Dress has torn seam, unaligned trimmings, loose threads, *****ed up hemline to mention a few and Business Owner has blocked me on WhatsApp. Not willing to rectify the shocking workmanship/rag or refund me. She maintains the shoddiness is intentional and part of her vintage look and design. Operating from Root 44 Stellenbosch. I have taken the expensive “rag” to a local dressmaker to fix so that it can at least be worn this summer. Emails and sms communications have also been ignored since May 2025.
