1. The agency do no monthly inspections on owner rentals. 2. The agency allow tenant to make changes to owners house without his consent. 3. She protects the tenant more then the client. 4. The agency does not pay the deposit back to the client. 5. The agency agent representative has not respect for the client. 6. Poor communication or feed back to the Client
