BE WARY WHEN ORDERING FROM ELATON MINING SUPPLIES (EMS Klerksdorp)

What an awful experience. We contacted Ellaton Mining (EMS Klerksdorp)supplies to provide shirts and hoodies, which we sponsored for a disabled Choir in Klerksdorp. We chose to use Ellaton Mining Supplies (EMS Klerksdorp) even though they were the most expensive as we thought that we would get good quality and good service. WE WERE WRONG

We paid the full amount up front. A day later we are told that the order will take 6 - 8 weeks and that the price will now increase. (after they provided a written quote valid for 30 days) This is not acceptable and we cancelled the order and asked for a refund.

We received a refund short of around R150. We raised the the issue with Ellaton Mining Supplies (EMS Klerksdorp) , and were told that is not their problem......it was "bank costs"

Be very careful when dealing with this company as they have no respect for the law or consumer experience.
