Terribly unprofessional communication and conduct

I had terribly unprofessional service from Ella and Jo. I had contacted them via email, on their Insta account and via Whatsapp, trying to find the location of their pick-up store. They apologised on 2 accounts for not being available - only to continue being unavailable when I messaged and tried calling.

Due to this, I missed the first chance to collect my product when I was in the Table View area, and was only able to collect it a week later. When I again asked for the address, they said they could uber it to me. I was grateful for this gesture and assumed it was a compensation for their lack of communication around my product availability and their collection address. BUT, just when booking the uber, they asked me to pay for it via YOCO! I expressed this surprise, but said that I'm going to pay it to get this process over with. They did not apologise or even acknowledge that they had falsely offered to uber the product.

When I FINALLY received the product (totalling R660 including the Uber), I was not even excited about it due to the extensive inconvenience and administration around getting it.

I would not recommend the company.
