This guy will destroy your property

Kobus van Deventer follows a very simple plan.<br> He comes into your property, starts breaking things down, chopping off plaster, taking down 'faulty' wiring etc.<br> <br> He then fixes these things... Only he doesn't really.<br> He claims to supervise the entire process, but doesn't. Just sits in his car the entire day. Furthermore, he is undependable. One day he comes to work the other he doesn't. Never answers the phone when you call to find out where he is and doesn't bother to give you a heds up he isn't working. In fact he rather makes up excuses. In the month he worked at my place his house burnt down. He lost half his family in car accidents, he contracted a brain tumour, he had to go for polygraph testing with his insurer, he had to appear at a CCMA hearing. Bad luck hey<br> <br> Incredibly bad workmanship on a patio roof, not a single wooden beam was straight. Just randomly drilled holes through the roof. Was paid to do electrical connections, which was never done. Had to redo bulk of R40,000 work this guy did for me.<br> <br> Watch out, he is very smooth talker. Even managed to get a deposit from my neighbour to do work for them and ran away with that money as soon as I exposed him for what he is...<br> <br>
