From the moment that my vehicle was received by Eljoney, I was contacted immediately, advised what work the assessment entailed, in what order the tasks will be finalised and when I could expect to receive my vehicle. In all these matters, I had a dedicated contact person that guided me and handled all the paper work and supp**** me with all required cerificates and documents.
