After the car was returned from Newco not being perfectly done, I was particularly impressed with how Eljoney went above and beyond to ensure everything was addressed to the highest standard. The level of professionalism shown throughout the entire process was truly commendable. From the consistent updates at every stage of the repair, to the thorough cleaning of the vehicle—especially removing the paint residue I previously complained about—your attention to detail did not go unnoticed.
