Stay away!!!
<p>We booked for one month at Elize Self Catering Units and received discount, but even with discount it was not worth the money. Often they had very loud gatherings with guests, which was quite a disturbance. Then the shower was blocked. Then we did not have warm water. Then the cleaners bothered us often being very loud. Then the bed's mattress was not comfortable, thin and hard. You can't park in front of the unit, cause the owner of the property parks directly in front of the unit. The connection for wifi is terrible, hardly ever able to connect. We decided to book out three weeks later and then cherry on top they refused to give us a refund for the remaining days so that we can book in somewhere more comfortable, so we had to pay almost double. The owner had a very uptight attitude and I will never ever visit her establishment again. Very unprofessional and uncaring setup. They don't care about their guests. Don't say I did not warn you. Rather pay a lil more expensive and get better value for money.</p>
Their gate is next to the unit and they do not close the gate quietly. The love slamming it hard making a loud noise. Especially after you complained about their bad service. Elize made us feel terribly unwelcome after we complained. Instead of remaining friendly and finding solutions for the problems, she got a nasty attitude and said that if we leave right away she will give a refund. Of cource we could not get accommodation on such short notice, so we were stuck in a place were we felt very unwelcome. I sent her several sms messages, to at least keep communication in writing, but she never rep**** on any of them. I will never ever stay there again, not even for free.
