When buying or selling Property do not be out of pocket

<p>I would like to discuss my recent dealings with the estate agent Elize Nell Sasolburg Vaal triangle. The agent I delt with was Karin de Klerk. When you go to an Estate Agent you choose one that you think would best help you, because you have no experince of buying and selling of houses.</p> <p>My future security and well being was tied up in this deal. I explained to the agent my budget and that there was no extra money. When I enquired repeatedly about the figures being the FINAL cost, the amounts I was given did not include lawyers and municipal fees which was only added at the very end of the deal. The deals could not then be cancelled.</p> <p>I calculated that I would have 22 Thousand for moving in costs and minor repairs. I have only got 2 Thousand and at date of posting have still not received that.</p> <p>Always when buying or selling property get your OWN laywer to read your documents before you sign them. </p> <p> </p>
