SERVICE....WHAT SERVICE

Elize Nell Properties/Eiendomme is and was our worst experiences in buying a property. The service we received after the OTP was sign was totally unprofessional and we found it to be dishonest. None our complaint we brought to the Principals attention was dealt with or resolve in an orderly way. We are unable to get answers on items of concern on the property as the agent is of no assistance. The information regarding the municipal services especially electricity supply and the continuous availability of Wi-Fi was misinformed to us by the agent who is working in Vredefort. We have been mislead by the state of the crime that is immanent in the town as we have had multiple incident since we moved in 2 months ago, her word were that they only have petty crime... The agent and the previous owner of the property withheld vital information on the state of the borehole on the property and even after we asked nobody is sure of anything, I wonder why...

IF I COULD TURN BACK TIME I WOULD RATHER PROCURE FROM ANY OTHER AGENTS BUT THIS ONE.

I would have rather given them no star than 1 Star as that is how I feel about them.
