Unprofessional and Shady

Unprofessional and Rude.. Do not rent with these ppl! They are friendly when you move in, until you point out flaws like dirty carpets which they claim have been cleaned, then they want to argue with you. The person they contract to clean the carpets, confirmed it was never done prior to me moving in. Anyway, Upon moving out I had the carpets deep cleaned and paid a company that specializes in carpet cleaning, showed them the receipt, and they still wanted to deduct R500 from my deposit to reclean the carpets. A lights glass fitting was broken, its R150 to replace the glass, infact the entire light costs R350 at Builders but they wanted to charge me R600 for it!! Fight for your money and whats right, do not let them have their way! I got my money back and so can you!! Or just DO NOT rent with them!
