Devious,*******ed Elize De Witt properties

I was renting a flat from Elize De Wit properties,we moved out,painted the place out as they asked,also used a cleaning company to clean professionally,costing us R850 for the painter,and R750 for the cleaners,and it was not good enough.they got their people out to redo the flat,after the new tenants moved in 2days earlier,and only today,18/11/25,21 days later,we received some of our deposit back. Know that we ask for receipts to show us what the costs were,and seding email on email,messages on Whatsapp,admin staff dnt comply/answer our calls,or even call us back,very poor service for a company that is so high and mighty,no 1can show us any proof of receipts,paid us R4300 short on our dep,but can't show us any proof of who they used,and costing of it.so PLEASE,any body who is renting through Elize De Wit property,the day u decide to move out,make sure,u will never get ur full dep back,as they r sly,looking for every possible way not to pay u back.my brother was also done in by them,never paid all his money,after he painted his place out,cleaned the carpets,but me,keeping quiet for other renters through them,pls guys,this is an eye opener,I gave them time till 12noon today,18/11/25,to give us proof,or I'll go to "hallo peter" or rental housing tribunul,and that is why I'm writing to u,to show this agency out to the public to b carefull,think before they rent from them.my contact details is***,if u want to call me Thank you Gerhard Theron
