Elizabeth from Elizabeth's Guest House was given the management of our apartment, which was part of the service offered by \Elizabeth's Guest House"(which was later changed to \""Stayblouberg\""). Elizabeth met with us at the apartment and assured us that she would manage the apartment and look after it as if it was her own. She then re-assured us again via an e-mail that she would manage the apartment"
