Hair loss

On the 27th of march 2015 I had my hair permed at Elizabeth hair salon in Kuilsriver, my scalp was burning and a fan and aircon was which on, after I complained about the extreme burning sensation. The lady doing my hair assured me that its normal because my hair was washed twice. Few days after the perm was done on my hair and I washed my hair, my hair started coming out like crazy. I informed the lady that done my hair and the salon owner called me, trying to put the blame on me. I was planning to take the matter further but due to the lack of funds at the time I couldn't go to a hair clinic. When I eventually went, I was informed it is the perm that damaged my hair and that I would have to go and see a dermatologist but it was suppose to be done within the 1st month after having my perm done, so now I cannot take any further steps. I am now left with half of the amount of hair I use to have, shorter hair and broken off pieces of hair inbetween the little hair I have left. My hair looks horrible, extremely damaged and I now have to go for regular treatments at a hair clinic to correct, the mess that took place at ELIZEBETHS HAIR SALON.
