Wrong size shipped, terrible quality-refund refused!

Ordered 2 pair of shoes. When they EVENTUALLY arrived one pair is completely the wrong size to what I ordered and BOTH pairs was terrible quality-flimsy and insoles loose and fraying. Company refuses refund as shoes were on sale.... Be ware, their products are ALWAYS on sale, then asked me to pay shipping for another free pair(?!) 3 pairs of terrible shoes? No thank you. Terrible business ethics, poor quality products. Definitely will not be recommending to ANYONE.
