Worst Company to ever try and support..

Firstly i would have loved giving them minus 5 if even possible. We ordered a Pair of Premium Orthophedic Sandals - 2022 Model size 6 , Beige. Our order number #COMFYSA7614 this was ordered on the 5th of January 2023 and we have still not received anything. Every time we follow up they reply with excuses after excuses but still nothing has arrived. we have received an Order tracking numbers but even this does not work. we have sent multiple emails with very poor customer delivery as but the response seems to stay the same. we would love to receive our order or even a refund but they cannot even assist customers in this. I personally say they are just ******* and ***** from people who actually want to support them.
