I ordered a size 10, eventually received size 11 clown boots. To receive the correct size "for free", I am to ship clown boots back at MY cost, even though the mistake was theirs to begin with. Awful quality and at R799 a complete ripoff. I could have picked up better quality "work boots" at Builders for a lot less. Elizabeth Boots, aka Con Artists Inc. with "Annie" as their lead, should be avoided at all costs. What an utterly dysfunctional company making promises and not being able to deliver on anything.
