Sub standard products

I ordered a pair of Elizabeth Boots tan coloured "orthopaedic" sandals via their Facebook page. We were very disappointed to find that it came from China. It is definitely NOT orthopaedic and the finishing is sub standard. The velcro is white with the tan coloured sandals and looks disgusting.
