shoes paid for and not received

During May of 2023 I ordered a pair of sandals, duly paid for them and to date still have not received anything. i keep on getting replies we are sorry for the inconvenience but that is as far as it goes. I have my courier parcel slip number which I have sent numerous times and requested repayment of of my monies but to no avail. I have never had problems with this company before so it really gets to me that nothing is being done now. Liz van der Walt
