What a terrible experience. I Cant give a STAR for this website

On the 29/08/22 i ordered shoes for a my boss birthday - something she wanted she saw on the website.

On the 05/09/22 after i emailed to here if the goods were send as i haven't received any notification - their reply - We can no longer deliver the item that you ordered due to unavailability.... i should have been alerted right there

i asked for a refund on the same day - as my boss birthday was on the 9th - their response - We have now processed the refund, it only takes usually 3-5 business days when you paid by debit card, but can take up to 12 business days

On the 22/09 i asked feedback - as i haven't received any money back - no response

On the 26/09 i emailed again

On the 29/09 she rep**** - have forwarded a report to my team to follow up on your refund. Please let me know once you receive it. Thank you.

On the 19/10 Still no money received - 33 Working days have past since the first email about the refund.

On the 02/11 - se rep**** can we offer you replacement pair of shoes????? Seriously - what happened to the refund - on that day i AGAIN had to ask for the refund 12 Working day past again - AND STILL NO REFUND OR SHOES

How is this people still in business ????
