We unfortunately had the displeasure of ordering shoes from Elizabeth Boots, and despite giving them the explicit size required, they not only sent the shoes after the promised date, but they took it upon themselves to send whatever size they felt like or had in stock, needless to say we contacted Annie, whose eventual response was to pay additional shipping charges and they would replace the incorrect size, or we could send the shoes back and get a refund, but after seeing the negative experiences from other people, what guarantee is there that we would receive a replacement or even a refund, taking into account how long we waited in the first place, Annie decided to stop replying to our emails, so we paid almost R700.00 for something you can't use or wear as it's not even close to the size ordered, save yourself money and the aggregation and don't bother ordering from this company
