Poor quality shoes- false advertising

I waited a month to receive cheap plastic shoes that look nothing like the photos on their website. I thought I was buying good quality soft leather orthopedic boots that were on "sale" marked down to 50%. I ended up paying R 1,200.00 for a pair of "boots" and "trainers" which I could have gone and bought together for R 300.00 at the local Chinese shop if I was looking for cheap *******. When I complained on their Facebook page they deleted my comments and blocked me. The only communication was per e mail with someone named Annie, very vague with any other information from their side.
