Online shoes buying

I had ordered a pair of shoes size 9, I received a size either 6 or 7, no size on shoes, I want the shoes i have ordered, i was told no problem but I have to pay the courier to collect and to deliver to them as well as handling fees, which I refused, it is not my fault if they send the wrong size. They keep sending me automated replies. I want to warn people DO NOT BY FROM ELIZABETH BOOTS they are dishonest. Buying from them is throwing money away, the quality of the shoes is very inferior and does not reflect the picture shown on Facebook.
