NO PARCEL NO REFUND…**** ONLINE STORE

I ordered jacket and casual sneakers on 21 July 2022. I couldn't track my parcel and i emailed them. I was told i will get my parcel in 7-15 days. I finally got to track and realised that the parcel is coming from China and i was told they have international warehouse there. It has been a back and forth emails between me and Annie. No updates whatsoever from them. 3 September i was told my parcel has been delayed due to carrier availability and they will be providing support. On the 22 October i requested my refund i was told my request have been forwarded to the team. Communication is initiated by me all the time, on 1 November I've sent another follow up email, they said they will follow up. Its the 2 December 2022 mo parcel no refund. DON’T EVER MAKE A MISTAKE I MADE TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENTS!!!
