I did an online purchase. When I tried to track my order using the order number I received when making the purchase I kept getting an automated reply saying the order number does not exist. The live chat is not really a live chat but rather an automated reply. I emailed *** and have still not had a reply. I am beginning to wonder if Elizabeth Boots is a legitimate business.
