I DO NOT EVEN WANT TO GIVE THIS COMPANY ONE STAR! I cancelled my order within 10 min after I placed it. I contacted Elisabeth Boots. Annie rep**** with an acknowledgement of cancellation. She also pointed out that a credit-card refund may take 20 working days. After 20 days, I tried to contact her again (an e-mail notification indicated delivery of the mail), but Annie shone in her absence and non-ply to any of the numerous e-mails I sent. Communication is initiated by me all the time. It is impossible to contact them to complain or to return. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
