Extremely bad service and false advertising

My wife ordered me 2 pairs of slip on shoes one pair olive green and one pair light brown. Advertised 5 - 7 working days, only found out after 2 weeks it gets shipped from china. Received it today after 4 weeks. One pair light brown slipons dont fit, we ordered size 10 and these are size 8 plus second pair olive green shoes have laces. I will not recommend anyone to buy from this place. Extremely bad service and false advertising. Unable to to ask for refund as according to their website must be done withing 2 days but the package only arrived after 4 weeks with incorrect goods
