Extremely bad quality boots!!

I ordered a pair of boots online at Elizabeth boots. I waited a month for my boots to finally arrive in a plastic bag. The quality of the shoes was shocking. Cheap materials, different colors and horrible fit. I emailed them and was told…”sorry to hear that the boots didn’t meet your expectations” and they will not be able to refund me at this time as per their policy. The boots was expensive and i want to warn ladies to be extremely careful. After i complained and left a comment on their facebook page, i was blocked from their page! You will receive extremely bad, cheap quality boots not worth your money and Elizabeth Boots will not take responsibility for their products bad quality.
