ELZABETH BOOTS *****ING MONEY! ****!

I ordered boots on 20/12/2022, I still have not received them. I received email acknowledging my purchase.

Since then the tracking number they gave me is listed as non existent and their support address they provided comes back as incorrect. I have sent countless e-mails to which I am then told that there's an influx of order and that they are sending me a gift for my patience.

I then placed another order on 23/01/2023 which I still am not getting updates on!

I sincerely hope this is not a ****!
