Elizabeth Boots - Shocking service

Ordered 2 pairs of boots on the 15th June 2023 and paid for them on this date. After many, many emails I still don't have my boots and they can't supply me with an order number, tracking number or any shipping time/date or details... What do I do now as there is no number to contact them on. Shocking service. I've been ****med I am sure!
