Elizabeth Boots - Selling Lies

We ordered boots for my mom for Mother's Day and after struggling to get the tracking information, the boots eventually arrived, but it was AWFUL. It looks nothing like the image on the website, it is plastic and a disgrace to call boots. Elizabeth Boots now refuse to refund us even though they are in the wrong, selling lies to people.
