As previous complaints have stated, this is a **** online shop with a **** product and is false advertising. DO NOT GO THERE. They do not provide a telephone number. They ship from China so it is not a SA company. They advertise orthopaedic shoes as ""Premium & Soft Uni*** Leather Boots". You will wait for weeks and the product is cheap plastic. They also constantly state on their site that there is a shoe sale. In their refunds policy they do not refund sale items. The non-sale price is fixed higher than the value of the shoes. You are actually paying for the courier from China. They offered another pair of shoes for free - if I pay for shipping and handling!
