Elizabeth Boots poor quality suspected Shein drop shipping

Stock photos are not true reflection of quality. It seems to be Shein products on drop shipping online store, as courier is Buffalo. Received shoes with broken zipper, extremely poor quality!!! No refund, despite them claiming they will come back to me!! I could have bought shoes at WW or Foschini at that price. it is daylight *******!! Rather go shop on Shein direct and save 80% if want to gamble on quality..at least you lose less money.
