Elizabeth Boots - online order. No delivery - Tracking number supp**** does not exist

My Wfe ordered boots from Elizabeh Boots on 9 May 2023. Tracking number received that does not exists. No contact numbers available besides a support email. Buyers be aware. Please be guided by this report and do not support this ‘company’. I drafted an email to the support mail and am waiting on a reply. Updated email will be placed on this platform.
