Elizabeth Boots has ****med again!

Ordered shoes on the 1st of December. I paid for both pairs of shoes, but still have not received anything. When I try to contact via e-mail there is just no reply. What kind of people are you taking money and not delivering? There is a special place in hell for people like you.
