Elizabeth BOOTS -False adevertising

I bought shoes from this company on-line. Their website and pictures of their shoes "look" very good and like good quality, they also advertise their shoes to have orthopedic support. This is NOT TRUE-as the shoes looks like cheap plastic -I can buy better shoes for much less at PEP Stores. The shoes does look cheap and poor in reality. Also there is NO ORTHOPEDIC SUPPORT-they should be stopped by the advertising committee for FALSE ADVERTISING. DO NOT BUY-even at their sale price-all shoes are on sale and when I wanted a refund-they do not give refunds on sale shoes-I doubt if they ever do!!!
