Elizabeth boots 😡

I ordered 2 pairs of uni*** boots (2 different sizes)which never arrived. After emailing them several times I was told that they never had stock and I must choose something else. I requested a refund. No reply for a while. I then received news my order was on the way. I noticed on the email that they were sending 2 pairs of the same size. I notified them of the mistake and was told the order had already been shipped ( it never arrived)so couldn’t be corrected but that I could choose a free pair. So I chose a a ladies pair. Now after six weeks my order arrived with two pairs of the ‘free’ ladies model I had chosen. Both the same size. Since then no response from them. So wrong order and no free pair
