ELIZABETH BOOTS - DON'T DO IT!

Absolutely horrific online experience.... I ordered a UK11 and a UK9 arrive. I informed "Annie" at Elizabeth Boots who requested numerous photos. They then offered to replace them for free, I just needed to pay the additional courier costs..... I said that was ridiculous and they then offered to refund my money provided I couriered the shoes to:

4th floor, building C, No. 2, shangxue Science Park 1st Road, Bantian street, Longgang District, Shenzhen ,Post code: 518000, Name: Miss Xiong

The courier costs would have negated any refund, I could possibly have received, if at all. At that stage I called it quits. I will be donating them to someone who needs them, and chalk it up to a terrible online experience. I must add, that the picture in the adverts are seriously also misleading they are not great quality. Don't make the same mistake as I did. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK.
