Elizabeth Boots does not deliver

I placed an order on 13/12/2022 at a value 0f more than R4000.00. I was sent a tracking number but when I tried to track my order I received a message that it could not be found. I wrote several emails to *** and most were returned to me as undeliverable. The company does not have a telephone contact number. I eventually posted comments on Facebook about the lack of response and suddenly received an email on 29th January which simply stated that the order would be delivered on or before 3/1/2023. It is now 4/1/2023 and no delivery has been made, nor has any courier service (listed on their website the company says they use Buffalo or DHL) contacted me to schedule a delivery.
