Elizabeth boots

My wife ordered a pair of boots from them. My size 11 were specified. We received a number 8. I did send them an email. After that no reply to my emails. I'm so disappointed. Will never recommend them or do business with them again. As a matter of fact i will warn people against this company. And i will do it on social media.
