Elizabeth Boots

I bought a pair of boots online. I ordered a size larger than my normal size, and it is still tight and very uncomfortable. The quality of the boot is also very poor. I have been told that I can’t get a refund because it was on sale. The marketing on social media state that they will pick up at their cost and refund you if you are not happy. I was informed that this applies to products not on sale, but every item on the site is on sale. This is very misleading and false advertising. There is a refund policy in small print on the website stating this as well, but why promise refunds if all your products are on sale 🤔😏
