Elizabeth boots

I ordered shoes from Elizabeth boots already paid and everything. They mailed me a tracking number but when I try to track my package it says it's not found. Tried to phone the tracking company but struggle to get through mailed Elizabeth boots no reply and they have no contact number. But I am still waiting patiently
