Don't EVER buy from them!

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!! After thousands of emails and Facebook messages, the reply remains the same "I will talk to my team". They blocked me on Facebook. I ordered shoes, a size 11 to be exact. My parcel arrived, size 6??!!! I wanted to return the shoes because that is not what I have ordered. They keep ignoring me. Never ever ever buy from them!!!!!!
