Firstly this is not a SA company so the misleading information starts at the get go After following up (no rep**** received) #COMFYSA3789 finally arrived. Should have realised when I received the parcel that the weight alone was sending alarm bells. These so called comfy shoes are absolute *******! No support, size is way too big for a 5.5 as ordered and I am trying to return. Website says free returns, except you get no reply when emailing. I rep**** before the 14 day deadline, when will I receive a reply? Pity there isn't a rating worse than terrible as I would use that
