Bad service from Elizabeth Boots

On 19 December, 2022 I ordered and paid for shoes/sandals online from Elizabeth Boots. I only received the the shoes sandals on 18 January 2023.

The shoes are a cheap material and are very disappointing. They are nothing that was shown in the picture.

I wrote to the company telling them that I would like to return the shoes and would like a refund. To date I have received no reply regarding the refund.
