BAD SERVICE AND GHOSTING CLIENT

I ordered boots from Elizabeth boots and it was delivered on 26 May 2023. The wrong size shoe was delivered, I emailed them with regarding this matter. They promised to exchange the boots, this however did not happen. In spite off 2 montly emails and 7 facebook messager messages. The exchange still has not happened and neither my emails or facebook messages are being answered. It has now been 3 months without Elizabeth Boots delivery on their promise to exchange the boots.
