Terrible Service for Well Known Brand

I purchased Elizabeth Arden Products in order to qualify for the Free Gift. They had just sold the last bag,but I was encouraged to buy in order for a free gift to be organised as promised by the area manager - Leo. I was promised by the store rep Desiree via telephone that I would receive the free gift, but this promise was forgotten and so a verbal agreement breached. I did not receive feedback as promised. Instead I had to phone in every 2nd day for nearly 2 and a half weeks! The goods were purchased 5 Feb, I finally got my response (after I phoned the store) that they cannot help me on 19 Feb. I phoned Leo and left a voice message for him to phone me, still no response. Leo is supposed to represent a well established cosmetic brand, and go the extra mile for returning customers. I am absolutely disgusted at how customers are treated. False promises, no assistance, running after these sales reps as if I am the sales rep myself. I am disgusted that Elizabeth Arden is not willing to step in and help out a returning customer. I buy their products regularly and now am totally disgusted at this lack of customer service. I am a Very Unhappy Customer.
